Our commitment.
Plinth Property aims to make its website usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who use keyboards, screen readers, zoom, voice input or reduced-motion settings.
Target standard.
We aim to follow the principles of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at Level AA where reasonably applicable to this website.
- Semantic headings and landmarks
- Keyboard-accessible navigation and controls
- Visible focus states
- Meaningful alternative text for informative imagery
- Sufficient text contrast
- Responsive layouts that support zoom and smaller screens
- Reduced-motion behaviour where animation is not essential
Known limitations.
Some third-party media, legacy documents, externally supplied property particulars or map/visualisation tools may not fully meet the same accessibility standard. Where possible, we will provide an alternative way to obtain the same information on request.
Tell us what is difficult.
If you encounter an accessibility barrier, email hello@plinthproperty.com with the page, feature and problem you experienced. We will use that information to investigate and improve the experience.
