These terms govern use of the Plinth Property website. They do not replace any separate engagement letter, agency agreement, property management agreement or other contract entered into with a client.
Property information.
Property descriptions, photographs, dimensions, floor areas, plans, prices, availability, tenure information and other particulars are provided for general information. They should not be treated as a warranty or representation that a property is free from defects or that every detail is complete or independently verified.
Prospective buyers, tenants and investors should make their own inspections and obtain appropriate legal, survey, tax, finance and other professional advice before entering into a transaction.
Availability and pricing.
Properties may be withdrawn, sold, let, reserved or repriced without prior notice. Displaying a property on the website does not constitute an offer capable of acceptance.
No regulated advice unless agreed.
General market commentary and website content are informational only. Nothing on the website is investment, tax, legal, mortgage or financial advice unless expressly agreed in a separate written professional engagement where the provider is authorised to give that advice.
Intellectual property.
Unless otherwise stated, the site design, written content, branding, graphics and original materials are owned by or licensed to Plinth Property. You may view and print reasonable extracts for personal use, but commercial reproduction, scraping, republication or redistribution requires permission.

Liability.
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to that, the website is provided on an “as available” basis and Plinth Property does not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every item of information will always be current, complete or error-free.
Governing law.
The governing law and courts should match the jurisdiction of the legal entity operating the site and any mandatory consumer protections that apply. Insert the correct jurisdiction in the production version.
